The Watervliet City Commission approved a $58,517.00 invoice from Decker Insurance during its Sept. 1 meeting. Commissioner Duane Cobb moved to approve the invoice; Commissioner Michael Bumstead seconded the motion and the roll-call vote recorded ayes from Commissioners Oliphant, Cobb, Bumstead, Brinker, Smith and Mayor Muth (Commissioner Whitney absent).
