Library board reports steady attendance, two part-time staff

Casey Mason delivered the Library Board's annual update to the Hartley City Council on Feb. 18, reporting that "The Library currently has two employees who work 29 hours per week." Mason told the council that state attendance numbers are about the same as last year but that more people are attending activities.
