Council approves multiple CUPs, procurement resolutions and redevelopment agreement
On consent and through second readings, the council approved a set of conditional use permits and resolutions: FedEx site-development amendment, Protect Roofing CUP, Captain D's change-of-ownership CUP, Walter Inc. CUP, Solventon CUP, adoption of land disturbance code, an intergovernmental code-enforcement agreement, procurement resolutions and assignment/assumption for Overland Plaza redevelopment.
