The Vader Parks Board approved a plan to create two 50-year time capsules to mark America’s 250th birthday and budgeted up to $300 for the capsules and a protective case. The proposal was introduced by Parks Board member Angela Service during the Feb. 25 meeting at Vader City Hall and the board voted to move forward with the project.
