The board approved three-year renewals for short-term rentals at 8469 Saundersville Road and 1325 Tate Lane after staff reported no complaints and applicants presented required information.

Two short-term rental renewal requests were on the Sept. 17 agenda and both were approved for three-year terms. Case 4432 (Maria Zelaya on behalf of Martin Aguilar) for a property at 8469 Saundersville Road (Lot 2, 5.20 acres) was approved after staff read recommendations and the board noted no complaints. Secretary Howard Blaydes moved to approve and the motion passed unanimously.
