The Department of Administration requested approval to increase FY26 uniform space rental rates for state-owned facilities whose operation and maintenance costs are financed by appropriation 20.505(5)(ka) for fiscal year 2027. The request noted prior years' rate decisions and sought implementation beginning July 1, 2026.
