Commissioners approve data center resolution to send to state
The court approved a resolution establishing Lynn County requirements for data centers and authorized forwarding the resolution to the state for consideration.

County Judge Mike Braddock introduced a resolution setting requirements for data centers within Lynn County and noted the resolution is to be sent to the state. Commissioner Larry Durham moved to approve the Data Center Resolution; Commissioner Tate Gass seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
