Toward the end of the Oct. 8 meeting, Planning Department staff and commissioners agreed to add a second November meeting on Nov. 5, 2026, to help clear a backlog of code text amendments and rezone requests. The commission also accepted invitations to two joint work sessions with the County Commission on Oct. 20 (3:30–5:00 p.m.) and Oct. 27 (4:00–5:00 p.m.) to discuss the general plan.
