Board authorizes engineer to draft bid specs for grant-funded community center accessibility work

The board voted to authorize the township engineer to prepare bid specifications for a community and cultural center project funded by two Local Share Account (LSA) grants. Chair said the work would include sidewalk construction and ADA doors to improve accessibility so people with disabilities can enter and exit the community center. "This would be for, a sidewalk, ADA doors so that, folks with disabilities are able to..." the Chair said while introducing the motion.
