The full story
Staff described a developer extension agreement (DEA) requested by Middle Fork Property Development (MFPD LLC) for a 35‑acre parcel west of 468th Avenue SE and north of Truck Town. The DEA would authorize the developer to design and construct frontage improvements (Southeast 140th, Middle Fork Road, 468th Ave SE, North Bend Way) and sewer infrastructure to city standards, post bonds, and reimburse city inspection and administration costs. After construction to city standards, a developer-executed bill of sale would transfer the infrastructure to the city for maintenance.
