Commission moves to executive session on indigent application and employee issues

Toward the end of the Aug. 24 meeting the board moved into executive session, citing the code language read into the record: the chair moved "that we go into executive session, parietal code 742061D for an indigent application," a motion that was seconded and approved on roll call. Later the board entered a second executive session citing "742061B" for employee issues; those motions were seconded and roll‑call votes were recorded as aye. After the executive sessions a separate motion to approve moving forward on Valley County case number 26‑JH0724 was moved, seconded and adopted on the record.
