Michael Martin presented a noncontroversial parcel-combination notice to the board, saying he intends to merge three adjoining lots to preserve a natural meadow and privacy with no new improvements planned. Cartography staff (Kathy) said she reviewed the file and asked that the combination form be completed with the Martin Family Trust as owner and that trust documentation be supplied with the application.
