City engineering told the council the sanitary sewer CIPP project is essentially complete and under budget, with a potential additional $22,000 change order under discussion for a 10-inch BCP addition. “Everything's basically finished up on there,” the city engineer said, noting the project’s under-budget status and the possibility of a change order.
