Prosecutor says BOCC must sign off before demolition or RV expansion
Bonner County legal staff told the fair board their preparatory work is appropriate but emphasized that demolition of county-owned property and expansion of the RV park will require final approval from the Board of County Commissioners.

Nate Adams of the Bonner County Prosecutor's Office told the special meeting the fair board’s work to inspect and study the house was reasonable but that "final approval would need to come to the board of county commissioners before they took any of these actions to do that."
