During the Q&A, board member Mrs. Atkins pressed division staff on whether resources are allocated by enrollment or by need and asked for a division'wide chart showing what requirements come from the state versus what is locally directed. "So if it's according to need, is it a formula we use, or how do we how do we understand what the need is?" Atkins asked.
