Albany board approves appointments, event hours, licenses and permits
Trustees appointed Christie Fry to the Finance Committee and Carlos Serra to the Park Commission, set Oct. 31 trick-or-treat hours from 5–7 p.m., approved operator's licenses contingent on background checks, and approved a CUP and a fence plan.

The board approved several routine but actionable items at its Sept. 14 meeting. Trustee Michelle Monson moved and Paul Rhyner seconded appointments of Christie Fry to the Finance Committee and Carlos Serra to the Park Commission; both appointments were approved by unanimous vote. The board also set Halloween trick-or-treat hours for Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026 from 5 to 7 p.m. (motion by Monson, second by Rhyner).
