Chair Green read the committee charge, saying the committee will determine how Kent County makes detailed financial records securely and permanently available to the public and will identify opportunities to strengthen fiscal stewardship and reduce county costs. He appointed Commissioner Coleman as chair, Commissioner Halstead as vice chair and Commissioner McLeod as a member: "The committee is charged with determining how Kent County makes that detail securely and permanently available," Chair Green said.
