Zoning Commission votes, Feb. 11, 2026: approvals, denials and continuances
On Feb. 11 the Fort Worth Zoning Commission approved multiple rezoning and CUP recommendations (including ZC-25-185 with conditions and ZC-25-208), denied several contested cases (including ZC-25-211 and ZC-26-004) and continued ZC-26-005 to the March meeting. Most motions were unanimous or near-unanimous; several included conditions for landscaping, time limits or required site-plan updates.
