Trustees debate whether two days of counts will reflect Cold Spring traffic

Board members questioned whether two days of data collection (one Saturday, one weekday) in May would capture Cold Spring's variable traffic patterns. The Chair said it "will be very hard for you to draw conclusions from 2 days of data collection in May," noting that weekends and tourist seasons change volumes; the consultant agreed and said the team could return in the fall for additional counts to compare seasonal differences.
