The board approved linked petitions on July 8 authorizing house setback variances and limited accessory‑structure setbacks for two adjoining parcels at Orchid and Fillmore Road. Staff recommended approval for the house variances but recommended denial for accessory‑structure setbacks based on practical‑difficulty standards; petitioners said the small yard barns and sheds have been in place for years.
