President Gagliardo asked for a motion to grant a six-month time extension for the Wingate Terrace project until October 5, 2026. Pamela Stevens, engineer with Systems Design Engineering, reported that the Wingate Terrace planning commission meeting was lengthy and that the developers had requested an extension.
