At the July 13 meeting, the board discussed an Innovation Grant for emergency services and reported that payments the town submitted this year for Menomonie Rural EMS response and Rural Fire response to the Menomonie Rural Fire/EMS District had been refunded to the town. Officials said those payments will be reissued to two different entities as part of the grant accounting process.
