The board discussed an update to the township's snow removal reminders and a policy for mailbox replacements at the Feb. 3 meeting. Roadmaster Gerry Porter noted neighboring municipalities issued friendly reminders to residents about snow removal protocols and asked whether a fixed dollar amount should be set for damaged‑mailbox replacements; the board agreed that claims should be accompanied by a form and photos before payment.
