Dr. Nesbitt reported on Blue Ribbon phase 2 construction: ribbon cuttings planned for Fall Creek and Bells River in early November, progress at Craig Academy and LACC, three active roofing projects, new plumbing work, Brook Park roofing and a rain garden at Crestview to address runoff along 71st Street.
