The Sunrise City Commission moved up and held a public hearing on a resolution approving the second amended and restated development agreement for Wisterra Phase 1 between the city and Ruby Center Associates LLC. Mayor Ryan opened the public hearing and asked for comments; staff and the applicant indicated they were available to answer questions and no members of the public spoke. The resolution was approved by a 5–0 roll‑call vote.
