A county presenter reported that Telestaff (scheduling) and WFM (workforce/timekeeping) will go live Oct. 17, 2026, and that the rollout has included training and testing. The presenter told the court the implementation had been three years in the making and that lab assistants and training resources will be available during the initial run; commissioners were offered individual briefings this week to review anticipated issues.
