Deputy Treasurer Erin Konkel told the council that for the 2027 budget the Electric Fund will be the only enterprise fund used for transfers, with no transfers planned from Water or Sewer funds. Konkel identified a total transfer amount of "$486,053" and said the city has used transfers within this range in previous years.
