Council approves rezone for Saddleback Ranch, requires three view‑sensitive lots be single‑story
The Wickenburg Common Council voted 4–1 to approve Ordinance 1252, amending the Saddleback Ranch PAD to reduce approved units to 161 single‑family homes, preserve about 20 acres of open space and require lots 78–80 in the southeast be single‑story. Neighbors raised drainage, traffic and view concerns.

WICKENBURG — The Wickenburg Common Council on Sept. 21 approved Ordinance 1252 to rezone and amend the Planned Area Development for the Saddleback Ranch subdivision on the west side of North Vulture Mine Road.
