Supervisor Coleman said she had grown concerned that leaving the Technology District 'floating' allows incremental rezoning without an overall cap: "Is there a countywide maximum amount of Technology District acreage? If not, could we continue adding acreage one rezoning at a time without ever deciding what cumulative amount is appropriate?" she asked.
