The Village of Decatur Council approved Change Order #3 for outdoor hydrant and lead-service-line replacement at Fireman’s Park on a 5-2 roll-call vote. President Pro Tem Jackson made the motion, supported by Trustee McCann; Trustees Beute, Jackson, Janssen, McCann and President Pelfrey voted yes, while Trustee Mead Jr. and Trustee Pachner voted no.
