The Village of Decatur council adopted amended Resolution 2026-007 to apply to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) for lead line replacement. President Pro Tem Jackson moved to adopt the amended resolution, Trustee Pachner supported the motion, and the measure passed by a voice vote of 6-0.
