Council approves AMASA multi‑phase affordable housing development agreement; concessions include setback and parking adjustments

The council approved a development agreement for AMASA Apartments at 57 W. Cane Creek Blvd that secures LIHTC affordability across phases in exchange for reduced setbacks, adjusted parking rules for phase 3 and a waiver of AEH requirements. Applicant representatives said the project will preserve and extend affordability for existing units and add family‑sized housing.
