Council unanimously authorizes litigation against Sumner Ridge LLC

Mayor Elfers called a special meeting Oct. 12 and the clerk read one consent item: authorization to pursue litigation against Sumner Ridge LLC. "Item number 1, authorizing litigation against Sumner Ridge LLC," the clerk read as the sole consent agenda item. Deputy Mayor Elpers moved to adopt the consent agenda; Council Member Evers seconded the motion. The council then voted with aye voices and the chair declared the consent agenda passed unanimously.
