The Meeker Town Board voted unanimously to grant a Conditional Use Permit allowing a non-conforming accessory dwelling unit at 970 6th Street to operate as a short-term rental. Planner Thomson told the board the application complied with the town's performance standards, fire and safety evaluation, and the 300-foot notification requirement; the Planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval.
