Mono County joins Yosemite Gateway Charter, appoints representatives
The Board adopted Yosemite National Park’s Gateway General Agreement to strengthen coordination with gateway communities and appointed Supervisors McFarland, Peters and public member Emily Bryant to represent Mono County at quarterly meetings.

Supervisor McFarland presented Yosemite National Park’s drafted Gateway General Agreement, which proposes quarterly coordination meetings between the Park and the four surrounding counties. The agreement asks participating counties to appoint three representatives each; Yosemite will be represented by the Park Superintendent.
