Residents urge support for Washington County Animal Control as warden reports rising intake

Several residents used the public-comment period to urge the Washington County Board to preserve and support the county Animal Control program. Speakers Shelley Harper, Parker Ebert, Rodney Ross, Rosalie Kostecki and Linda Borowiak each addressed the board in favor of continued backing for Animal Control services.
