Logan County — The Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution 2026-21 on July 21, 2026, granting a subdivision exemption for David and Lavonne L. Fleer to create a 6.75-acre parcel from a 157-acre parcel located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 12 North, Range 50 West (6th Principal Meridian). Commissioner Jim Santomaso moved for approval; Commissioner James T. Yahn seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
