Sheldon ISD officials used a board workshop to report steady progress on bond-funded construction and to flag a handful of maintenance issues that will require change orders or follow-up work. Facilities staff said work at Knoll Middle School is advancing but has encountered groundwater at foundation depth that may require a change from the original footing plan.
