Committee hears $77 million Ithan Elementary update; timeline, permits and value-engineering options reviewed
Architects and construction managers updated the facilities committee that the Ithan Elementary project remains on a June 10 bid-release track (subject to regulatory comments), with an estimated cost of about $77 million including alternates; presenters reviewed permitting status (NPDES, sewage planning module), alternates, roofing and material tradeoffs, and a plan to advertise six prime contracts.
