The Lansing Planning Commission on a 5–1 roll call vote denied site plan DEVSP260004 for JD Lawns, finding the submission out of compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance. The motion to deny, offered by a commission member, was seconded and carried after staff said the application contained multiple discrepancies and that construction had proceeded without required permits.
