During the director's report at the Feb. 19 meeting, staff introduced Marcy Stenmark as Clearwater's new long-range planning manager. Stenmark said she is a certified planner with over 25 years of planning experience and that her last position was community development director for the city of Safety Harbor, where she oversaw planning, code enforcement and permitting operations.
