The Community Development Board voted to approve a set of consent-agenda items at its Feb. 19 meeting, including FLD 2025-11028, a request to allow microbreweries as part of a comprehensive infill redevelopment at 1700 North Fort Harrison Avenue, and two city-initiated planning items (CPA 2025-10001 and LUP 2025-11005) to create a redevelopment-district overlay and amend the future land use map for the North Greenwood area.
