Commissioners approve amendment to Ranch at Swauk Creek development agreement to fix parcel and statute errors

At 2:03 p.m. on Feb. 4 the Kittitas County Commissioners opened a hearing to reconsider an amended Development Agreement for the Ranch at Swauk Creek (DA-24-00001) to correct scrivener's errors identified by the county prosecutor. Chad Bala, director of Community Development Services, told the board five parcel numbers in the original agreement were incorrect—an error he attributed to parcel retirement/subdivision—and said one incorrect number was removed from the amended agreement.
