The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners on April 2 authorized the Planning Director and the County Attorney’s Office to draft a Cease-and-Desist Order directed to Lance Mortensen of Double L Ranch after the planning director reported violations of county land-use regulations related to an advertised use of an approved maintenance building. Commissioner Melvin Shumway moved the measure and the motion was adopted.
