Planner reports BZA case for downtown accessory dwelling unit next year

Planning Administrator Marcellus reported that BZA case BZA 2025‑07 (a use variance) was approved with conditions and flagged a forthcoming variance request to allow a small cabin next to the Bulldog Building to be treated as an accessory dwelling unit and to receive a waiver of minimum dwelling size; the case will go before the BZA next year.
