Zoning staff presented Ordinance No. 2026-09 to establish a preapproved housing design plan program and online plan library for non-site-specific housing plans, in compliance with A.R.S. § 9-461.19. The ordinance would allow architects and design professionals to submit plan sets for pre-review; if deemed compliant with adopted building codes they would be listed in the Town’s online Preapproved Plan Library.
