The Jones County Solid Waste Management Commission reviewed two quotes for single-stream household recycling processing and voted unanimously to use Quincy Recycle services at no charge per ton of material processed. Commissioner Jeff Swisher made the motion; Commissioner Dave Goedken seconded and the motion carried.
