Commissioners approve multiple subdivisions and sign development agreements
The board approved several subdivision applications, including Southbrook Ranches 3rd Filing, Range View Estates, Bedford Meadows Estates, Decker 3 and Grover Meadows with amended conditions; Golden Acres Master Plan and Phase I were approved with condition revisions after DEQ and engineering input.
