A member reported that, following prior direction, they placed the economic strategic-plan item under Goal 3, Objective B on page 19. The placement explicitly frames the item to "actively pursue infrastructure improvements and identify areas appropriate for developing new areas and redeveloping big properties for commercial general development." The member asked colleagues to indicate if they preferred the item be moved elsewhere before it returns to the agenda.
