The Frederick County Council voted to approve a Proposed Resolution to amend the Carrollton Manor Rural Legacy Area on Jan. 20. Shannon O'Neil, Land Preservation Program Administrator in the Office of Agriculture, briefed the Council on the amendment before the vote.
